Three RV sites with electricity and water, possibility of in-house bathroom with hot water and shower, kitchen equipped for meal preparation.

The setting

The location behind the farmhouse protects from the winds, very quiet place and in the green.

The land is flat, shady, close to the house, no limits for camper, caravan or tent

Bathroom with shower and hot water available in the house 24 hours a day

The amenities

Unlimited WiFi included. Kitchen counter available with stove, kettle, microwave, dishes, cutlery, dishes, pans, pots and glasses. Extension cord is provided for electricity if needed

The activities

We are 5 minutes by car from the center of Faenza, possibility of walks in the Castel Raniero circuit, bike path 1 km. to the center of Faenza.

Other things

For 'use of the house, unlimited wi-fi, kitchen and bathroom we ask € 5 per day for two people to be increased if there are more people.

Rules

We have two cats that stay outside and inside the house, please keep dogs on leash if incompatible to cats. Possibility of enclosure for dogs if you arrive with them.

    Ps: it was WIP when we came, so the 4 stars at the end, but it's very clean and promising !
